1) Refund & Replacement Policy (Zendrop-aligned)
Refund & Replacement Policy (United States Only)
We work with third-party fulfillment partners (Zendrop). Because many products ship directly from suppliers, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, preference, or non-defective items.
Eligible issues (replacement or refund)
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
1) Damaged or defective item

Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Provide photo/video evidence showing the issue.

If only the outer packaging is damaged but the product is intact and functional, it is not eligible for a refund.
2) Incorrect or missing item(s)

Provide clear photos of the item received, the original packaging, and the shipping label.
3) Severely delayed shipments (United States)

If tracking shows the order is delayed beyond 45 days after shipping, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
4) Marked “delivered” but not received

If tracking shows “delivered,” we may require a non-delivery certificate from the carrier/local post office to proceed with a claim.

Claims must be submitted within the timeframes above and no later than 90 days from the date of payment.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (your bank/card issuer may take several business days to post the credit).

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (occasionally up to 5 business days depending on fulfillment timing).
Shipping time
Delivery times vary by product, supplier, and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
When available, tracking information will be emailed after your order ships.
Split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping may require additional shipping fees.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
If your order appears delayed or you can’t locate a delivered package, contact us at venicestoreusa@gmail.com and we’ll help review tracking and next steps.
3) Order Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not entered processing or shipped. Once an order is processing/shipped, it cannot be canceled and will follow our Refund & Replacement Policy for eligible issues.
